Return Policy
In the event of an error on the part of Cottage Gardens™ all orders will be corrected with no additional charge to the customer. If the order cannot be reconciled Cottage Gardens™ will provide a full refund or store credit where applicable.
Perishable products such as essential oils, blends, soaps, fragrance oils, carrier oils or dried plants and herbs etc. are not returnable. Purchases of sale items are final and may not be returned. Returns of all other products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
